Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

DocProcessor ("Platform," "we," or "us") is committed to providing a safe, legal, and responsible AI-powered document processing service. This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs all content generated, published, transmitted, or stored through our Service. All users, developers, and merchants using DocProcessor must comply with this Policy.

2. Content Standards and Prohibited Categories

DocProcessor explicitly prohibits generating the following six categories of content:

  1. Sexual / NSFW content
  2. Violence / Gore content
  3. Hate speech
  4. Child Safety (CSAM)
  5. Deepfakes / Impersonation
  6. Copyright or Trademark infringement

2.1 Zero-Tolerance Offenses

The following content is subject to immediate removal upon discovery, with reserves to report to authorities:

  • Child sexual exploitation content (CSAM) or any sexually related content involving minors
  • Content promoting or assisting terrorism, extremism, or mass violence
  • Instructions for manufacturing weapons of mass destruction
  • Content inciting racial genocide or ethnic hatred
  • Non-consensual deepfake sexual content targeting real individuals

2.2 General Prohibited Activities

  • Generating or spreading false information or rumors
  • Impersonating real individuals, brands, or organizations
  • Infringing intellectual property, portrait rights, or privacy rights
  • Using AI-generated content to deceive users or claiming it was created by humans
  • Bulk-generating spam or fraudulent content
  • Using jailbreak prompts to bypass platform safety mechanisms

3. Content Moderation

DocProcessor employs a multi-layer moderation system combining automated review, human复核, and periodic audits.

3.1 Automated Review (Real-Time)

All requests and generated content are scanned in real-time by safety filters:

  • Input Filtering: Keyword, semantic, and intent analysis on prompts
  • Output Filtering: Real-time safety assessment of generated content
  • Usage Pattern Analysis: Monitoring for abnormal API call behavior
  • Safety Models Used: DeepSeek Moderation API and proprietary content safety systems

3.2 Human Review

  • Automatically flagged content enters a human review queue
  • User-reported content is manually investigated by our Trust & Safety team
  • Review team operates during business hours with escalated cases handled promptly
  • Reviewers complete content safety training and sign confidentiality agreements

3.3 Periodic Sampling and Audits

  • Random sampling reviews are conducted monthly
  • Automated moderation system accuracy is regularly evaluated and optimized

4. Reporting Mechanism

  • Content that violates this Policy's content standards
  • Content involving child safety, terrorism, or other serious violations
  • AI impersonation or infringement of one's own rights
  • Any other situation the Platform deems reportable

4.2 Reporting Principles

  • Confidentiality: Reporter identity is strictly protected
  • Neutrality: All reports undergo independent, objective review
  • Anti-Abuse: Malicious or false reports will be recorded and processed

8. Appeal Mechanism

9. Transparency and Policy Updates

  • Material changes will be announced at least 15 days in advance
  • Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Policy
